The core belief of pbas is that much of what is spent in the delivery of public service is in non-value added activity created by a focus on target-chasing rather than outcomes.
For several years, pbas have been challenging the status quo from performance measures, audit and management styles by the application of sound principles more commonly found in the private sector.
Our past experience has resulted in us being able to offer services covering performance but also addressing the issues faced by small and medium sized businesses with and without public sector intervention.
